hey there! I got the name from when i had a short stint on roller derby when i was 16 . i wanted a funny take on a classic 50s name since i use to show up to practice all dolled up with my hair done and fake eyelashes while everyone else was wearing bandanas and covered in tattoos!  And i have learned to have blinders on. once you pay attention and acknowledge people’s judgements and negative attitudes, it only empowers them. I do my best to ignore it, or kill them with kindness and try to educate them on people more ‘women friendly’. i feel this generation especially, women are very anti -women. so  bizarre! we should support and inspire each other!
